Neiman Marcus Selects Audi TT Coupe as a Featured Gift for Its 1998 Christmas Book

launch party, Neiman Marcus announced that its featured automobile for this
year's Christmas Book would be the all-new Audi TT Coupe. One hundred limited
edition, sequentially numbered Model Year 2000 TT Coupes are being crafted by
Audi AG and will be available on a first ordered basis for delivery late next
Spring.
Originally shown as a concept car in 1995 at the Frankfurt International
Auto Show, the Audi TT Coupe will be brought to North America in 1999 as a
model year 2000 automobile. The TT has all the credentials of an authentic
German sports car with its 180 horsepower 1.8 liter turbocharged five-valve
engine, a five-speed manual transmission and sophisticated sport suspension.
Buyers of the Neiman Marcus limited edition TT will be among the first retail
customers in the United States to take delivery of their cars from Audi
dealers.
This Neiman Marcus limited edition TT Coupe, built to U.S. specifications,
is finished in a unique Nimbus Grey pearl effect exterior with a Moccasin Red
nappa leather interior, reminiscent of one of the original show cars. Each
car will be specially equipped with 17-inch polished wheels fitted with
performance tires, heated front seats, xenon high intensity discharge
headlights, a Bose(R)* premium sound system with six-disc CD changer, a TT car
cover, and Neiman Marcus identification.
Customers interested in more information and all details concerning this

Neiman Marcus limited edition TT Coupe is $34,950 excluding taxes, title,
licensing, transportation, dealer-installed equipment and registration.
Pricing has not been set yet for standard production TT Coupes which will
