Итак, со слов соклубников:

1. Проклейка резиновых уплотнителей оконных арок (она же акция 66D4). Я ее прошел, дело 30 минут на все про всё. На скорости больше 120кмч свист как от обтекания зеркал был.
Можно решить просто: отогнуть уплотнитель арок окон и в щель набить порезанный поролон от посудомоечных губок)). Британцы так сделали, чтоб официалы кривыми руками что-нибудь не сломали.

Technical background

On Audi TT vehicles manufactured within a limited period, the onboard supply control unit is not coded correctly. This leads to the daytime running lights not being dimmed when the side lights or the headlights are switched on.

Remedy
The on-board supply control units on the affected vehicles must be re-coded with the SVM.

Customer notification
Customers do not need to be informed directly of this campaign. Please ensure that all affected vehicles are checked and repaired before delivery to retail customers. You should also inform your new and used car sales departments so that the vehicles affected can be checked and, if necessary, repaired immediately (and not just before sale).

Leather of seatback cover and side panels is scuffed

Technical background

Signs of wear indicate unusually heavy mechanical stress as a result of clothing with rough surfaces, jackets and trousers with zips, buttons with sharp, broken edges or with sharp-angled shapes, Velcro fastening, brand labels or tags, belts cut with sharp edges, as well as rivets or jewellery.

This unusually heavy stress when getting in and out of the vehicle, combined with poor or no leather care, is generally the cause for this mechanical damage (which can already occur after a short period of time).

In these individual cases, an individual appearance will result through use and care by the customer.

Please refer to the information in the manual on maintaining the vehicle's value (see 'Cleaning and Care').

Production change

To optimise comfort in the entry area, the side panel on the seat back has been reduced.

The construction of the seat back frame, seat back upholstery and seat back cover has been redeveloped and implemented in the series.

As of 03.2008 vehicle no. 8J 81 042011

The improved comfort in the entry area with reduced side panel in the seat back cannot prevent this mechanical damage which is caused by rough clothing/jewellery.

Measure

It is only possible to prevent damage to leather seat/backrest covers by avoiding the type of clothing which causes this damage.

Repair or reconditioning of leather seatcovers according to the current value with the VAS 6218 is already being carried out at several dealerships and is recommended here.

Cleaning or repair of signs of wear caused by exceptionally heavy mechanical stress cannot be treated as a defect covered under warranty.

On Audi TT vehicles it is possible in isolated cases that, contrary to normal assembly instructions, two sealing plugs were omitted on the inside of the bonnet. This can cause odours to enter the interior of the vehicle and may lead to customer complaints.
On some vehicles with DSG gearbox the connector terminals for the earth connection on the longitudinal member were secured directly on top of each other, and not offset sideways by 90°. The cables themselves may also be turned 180°, giving insufficient contact area between the terminal and the earth point on the longitudinal member.

Remedy

On the affected vehicles, in accordance with the criteria listed, the sealing plugs must be retro-fitted on the inside of the bonnet and/or the earth cables on vehicles with direct shift gearbox must be repositioned at the earth point on the longitudinal member (left-side).

It is possible that malfunctions can occur in the drive mechanism of the tail spoiler on all Audi TT vehicles manufactured to date
not use any other types of lubricant; in particular do NOT use special lubricant 'G 052 172 A2' (100 ml), because this container also contains propellant gas and solvents.

Note
If the spoiler sticks, guide it out by hand.

- Lubricate all pivot points on the left and right hinges. Use special lubricant (30 ml) G 052 172 A1.
- Operate the spoiler 5 times to allow the oil to penetrate into the bearings.

- Starting at the bottom, carefully prise roof trim strip off edge of roof using a plastic spatula.
(Foam spacers are located at points shown in illustration.)

- Measure the distance between the foam blocks.
- Shorten insulation strip - 8E0 831 575 A - to measured length.
- Compress the tailored insulation strips.

(For illustration purposes, only part of the insulation strip in the photo is compressed).

- Peel backing off adhesive strip.
- Spray all sides of compressed insulation strip (including the adhesive side) with upholstery and textile cleaning foam.
- Push insulating strip sideways into cavity between the two existing foam blocks.
- Repeat the procedure at the remaining two points and on the other side of the vehicle.

THE CLOSING FORCE OF AN INTERNAL SPRING OF THE FUEL TANK VENTILATION VALVE IS NOT ADEQUATE ENOUGH TO HOLD THE VALVE CLOSED UNDER EXTREME DRIVING CONDITIONS POSSIBLY ALLOWING FUEL TO LEAK.

Consequence

VOLKSWAGEN IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009 AND 2010 PASSENGER CARS MANUFACTURED BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 2008 AND AUGUST 2009. THE WIRING HARNESS OF A TEMPERATURE SENSOR IN THE DIRECT SHIFT GEARBOX (DSG) MAY HAVE CONNECTOR WIRES THAT WERE INSUFFICIENTLY CRIMPED. WITH INSUFFICIENTLY CRIMPED CONNECTOR WIRES, A TEMPERATURE SENSOR HAS THE POTENTIAL TO FALSELY DETECT A HIGH GEARBOX OIL TEMPERATURE, CAUSING THE TRANSMISSION TO ABRUPTLY SHIFT TO NEUTRAL. IF THIS HAPPENS, THE SELECTOR LEVER POSITION INDICATOR WITHIN THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WILL FLASH. IN ADDITION, THE "DEPRESS BRAKE PEDAL" INDICATOR LIGHT WILL BE ILLUMINATED, ALERTING THE DRIVER TO APPLY THE BRAKES.

Consequence
THE ABRUPT SHIFT TO NEUTRAL COULD LEAD TO A CRASH WITHOUT WARNING.

Remedy

я может не тот кусок скопировала, я имела ввиду свист из окна на скорости. Без предварительного осмотра просто в разговоре с менеджером прозвучала фраза типа ну вы же не у нас тонировку делали, может ото вам тонировщики чего то повредили
